About Obliline

Obliline (Pty) Ltd is a Vaal Triangle-based training and consulting company with a branch in the Northern Cape and Eastern Gauteng, dedicated to helping training providers and organisations navigate the world of skills development, accreditation, and quality management. For over a decade, we&aposve partnered with training institutions, corporates, and government bodies across South Africa to turn compliance headaches into sustainable, high-quality training operations.

As a responsible employer built on fairness, equity, integrity, consistency, and transparency, we aim to be the market leader in consulting and training services. We do this by guiding our clients through sound, valid skills development training cycles — from needs analysis and material development, through systems implementation and accreditation, to ongoing quality management and mentoring.

Our Story

Obliline&aposs roots go back to 2003, when we started out as Hantie & Associates, offering consulting services to the skills development sector. As our work with the Education, Training and Development Practices Sector Education and Training Authority (ETDP SETA) grew, we became Enje Funda Consulting, and later restructured into Obliline (Pty) Ltd — the partnership that carries our work forward today.

That journey has given us something not every consultancy can claim: more than ten years of hands-on experience in the full range of SETA and QCTO processes, accreditation requirements, and quality management controls. We&aposve seen the system evolve, and we&aposve evolved with it.

Obliline is a registered training provider with ETDP SETA (ETDP7122), and we hold a Level 4 B-BBEE rating with a 100% procurement recognition score.
